Woodland
Light Paintings
Spring in
Trevaylor woods brought one of the most spectacular displays
of bluebells for many years. The sharp light of very early
morning changed shadows with moments of brilliant intensity,
and the midday light brought a sultry hollowness to the
cathedral of tall beech trees. The atmosphere lifted by the
carpet of purples and blue held a magical presence which
affected the choice of subject and images that arose in my
work.
